RevOps IQ was founded by Alicia Esselstrom, a revenue operations and strategy executive with 15 years of experience building and scaling go-to-market infrastructure across high-growth technology organizations.
Her experience spans business from multi-million-dollar environments to multi-billion-dollar growth ambitions, with teams ranging from smaller commercial organizations to sales groups of more than 300 sellers.
Alicia has held senior revenue operations and strategy roles at organizations including Google, AWS, and most recently build the commercial operating infrastructure for Amazon’s satellite business - Leo.
